Do your prints come framed?
No, our prints are sold unframed. This allows you to choose the perfect frame to match your personal style and nursery decor. The prints fit standard frame sizes found at most retailers.
How are your prints shipped?
We take great care in shipping. Our 8x10 prints are shipped in sturdy cardboard flat envelopes to prevent bending. Larger prints (11x14 and 16x20) are shipped in durable mailing tubes.
Do you offer free shipping?
The Pola Bears offers free shipping on all prints and greeting cards. There is a small shipping charge on clothing items.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a USPS or UPS tracking number when your print ships.
Do you ship internationally?
No - At thie time we only ship to the United States.
What kind of paper do you use?
All Pola Bears art is printed on smooth, matte, acid-free premium fine art paper. We use high-quality inks to ensure rich colors and lasting beauty.
How do I clean or care for my art print?
To keep your print looking its best, we recommend dusting it gently with a soft, dry cloth or a feather duster. Framing is highly recommended to protect the paper from dust and damage.
