Refund policy

The Pola Bears prints are custom-printed for your order, and as such, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If you receive a damaged or defective print, please contact us at info@ThePolaBears.com with a description of the damage and photos of the print and mailing container. We will arrange for a replacement print to be sent at no additional cost.
